This sake is named “black” as in black coffee: moriki’s pure junmai sake gets infused with locally roasted, whole coffee beans for 6 weeks. “black” is then filtered through a cloth, bottled & pasteurized. The result is a deep rich “cuppa” joe with slight kick from the fermentation. enjoy it on the rocks, or with a little milk. Or warm it up!
Best Served: Chilled or at room temperature.
