Fermentation takes place in the sake brewery, where the process is intentionally stopped early to keep the alcohol level lower while maintaining freshness and balance. The sake itself has a naturally high level of amino acids, which brings greater depth and umami. Aging and bottling are then carried out at the beer facility, where the sake is conditioned in beer tanks and finished with hop infusion to further enhance its character. The result is a harmony of sweet banana- and apple-like aromas naturally found in sake, combined with grapefruit-like notes from the hops, creating a unique fragrance reminiscent of lychee and pink grapefruit.

 

Best Served: Chilled.
